I think there is no such rules that tell that can disqualify any player that plays with too many golf balls.
There are many companies out there that make many different golf balls, but by the rules in golf it can not weigh more than 1.620 ounces.

In accordance with the rules, you are only allowed 14 clubs for a stipulated round of golf. This is only for official rounds of golf, if you are just playing a casual round of golf you can carry as many as you want.
