∙ 13y agoSam Ard was the first driver to win back to back Busch Series Championships in 1983 and 1984. Since then, four others drivers have won consecutive championships in the series. Larry Pearson (1986 & 1987), Randy LaJoie (1996 & 1997), Dale Earnhardt Jr. (1998 & 1999) and Martin Truex Jr. (2004 & 2005). It is now known as the Nationwide Series.

∙ 12y agoYes, this was done multiple times in Nascar. Richard Petty holds the all-time record with 10 wins in a row, this was done in 1967.
