There are 9 Major League Baseball players that have more career grand slams than Babe Ruth did and he had 16 in his career, players that had more than 16 Grand Slams in their career would include Jimmie Foxx, Carlos Lee and Ted Williams who all had 17, Willie McCovey and Robin Ventura who both have a total of 18 Grand Slam Homeruns, Eddie Murray who had 19, Manny Ramirez with 21, Lou Gehrig with 23 and Alex "A-Rod" Rodriguez who currently (as of the end of the 2015 season) has 25 Grand Slam Homeruns.
