Depends how much work you put into it and how much of a desire you have. Some people will never shoot under 95 and others could shoot it within weeks. 95 is quite a high target, why not try to break 90?
95
No golf game was "standard" on Windows 95. Microsoft Golf was released in 1995, but it was not included as part of Windows 95.
A score of 95 is average intelligence.

The average golf score still hovers around 100.It has not changed since the early 1900's despite improvements in course design, equipment and balls. It is estimated that about 80% of the people who play golf never break 100 (THIS IS NOT TRUE AND HAS BEEN DISCUSSED IN DETAIL ON GOLF NETWORK- THIS MAY BE TRUE IF YOU INCLUDE EVERYONE WHO PLAYED ONE TIME, BUT IF YOU TOOK A SAMPLING OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE PLAYED IN ONE YEAR IT WOULD BE 50% OR LESS) .Of course the pros usually shoot below par but they are a small percentage of the total people who play.So if you shoot in the 90's or better you are in an elite minority.
If you cannot get a spark to your 95 VW Golf, you have an issue. The problem can be the distributor cap or ignition coil. If the lights and radio do not come on, the issue is a dead battery.
85 is the median score.
