Its 80 minutes - 40 minutes each half. Time is stopped for injuries therefore no injury time. at the 80th minute if a player puts the ball out of play or a penalty offence occurs the referee stops the match at as full time. If no break in play occurs the game continues until a break down in play occurs. Then full time is called.

∙ 12y ago80 minutes and time only expires once there is a break in the play, eg. Penalty given, ball out of play. There is no injury time in Rugby as the clock is stopped for any significant break in play such as injuries#

80 minutes. yes 80 mins but with 40mins halves and if both teams have the same score by the 80th mins (eg Wests Tigers 14 Bulldogs 14) then there will be 10 min extra time or more commonly known as golden point. this is spilt into to 5 mins half at each teams advanage whoever scores a point first (try, field goal, penataly goal) wins the match (eg Wests Tigers 14 Bulldogs 15)
