Yes, at least one but I'm bettin there have been more. Jan Steves who lists her hometown as Edmonds, Washington, ran her first Iditarod in 2012 winning the Red Lantern award (last to finish/52nd). She plans on running the Iditarod again in 2013.

Some movies that are based on the Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race are Iron Will, Mush: The Movie, and the animated movie Balto. There have also been some TV movies based on the races including the 2012 TV movie The Iditarod : Beyond the Race and the 2000 TV movie Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race.
never because they maybe have a map
possibly you mean a blind female musher. there has been a legally blind iditarod competitor named Rachael Scdoris. Scdoris became the first blind competitor of iditarod in 2005, (unfortunately she had to give up half way to the finish, due to her dogs beeing ill) finishing the 2006 race 58th place (together with her seeing interperter Osmar, finishing place 57) She only appeared in a TV show after failing her iditarod attempt. So far this is the only blind / female link i can find with dog sled racing.
Horse racing has been around for centuries. Soccer or football is fairly recent.
