They are both about the same as the games require different running skills i.e. ball in hand - ball at the feet.
Rugby speed is all about explosive power and acceleration therefore weight training and sprinting will improve your speed for rugby
When you play soccer, you improve your balance, leg muscles, ball handling skills, speed, and agility.
The only way to speed hack in power soccer is to play against the computer with Cheat Engine. Playing multi player will disconnect the game.
There is no speed of soccer. In soccer the only speed is how fast you run.
It's not the cleats that will improve your speed, despite what the shoe manufacturers tell you. It will be your legs that will provide the power which translates into speed. If you want to improve your speed, practice running up stairs, jumping, doing explosive start drills and some mild weight training.
The average speed of a professional soccer player's shot is 67 MPH.
It depends. Personally i would say football. But soccer can be dangerous too. I've played it for 9 years i would know. Then u have to think on who is playing the sport is it a 5 year old or a 20 year old. In 2006 418,260 children were sent to the emergency room with injuries from playing football. Soccer produced only 174,686.
You can improve your speed by running a lot. You should run a couple times every week. This wil improve stamina and speed:) Good Luck:)
speed has a lot to do with soccer. if you didn't have speed then you wouldn't be able to chase down the ball or catch other players to get the ball
This answer depends on your definition of fitness. If you include speed, agility, power, endurance, strength, etc. as measures of fitness then truly a rugby player would be the fitter. Most soccer players are agile, fast, and have good endurance but they usually lack power and strength. The average soccer player is 170lbs while the average rugby player is 190lbs. Given that both have relatively low percentages of body fat, the rugby player would have more lean muscle than the soccer player. Well in long run rugby players are always running around and never stay in the same place but in football they can stand in one place so therefore rugby is a fitter sport
FAST!
