There really isn't an average time, as it's highly dependent on the fitness level and effort from the rider, and type of bike that's ridden. A reasonably fit rider on a nice bike should be able to do it in 3- 5 minutes, but it could take up to 8-12 minutes for a more casual rider.
It's really hard to tell as it depends on a lot of circumstances. On roads, and at a moderate effort I can do it in about 12 minutes. A racer, going flat out could probably make it in 6. Most would be able to do it under 20 if the road is reasonably flat.
If you walk it, it takes about 50-60 minutes.
If you jog it, it takes about 40-45 minutes.
If you run it, it can take from 20-35 minutes.
