Well if you think about it, how long do you think it would take to leanr a 2 minute and thirty second routine combining gymnastics stunting and everything else. My team usually learns our routine in about June/July and practice every week with our first competition being in December
Cheerleading looks great..... It takes long of practice, and you need a group of people, so If you want to take cheerleading, i suggest you do it at a popular group, but if you have one in mind go straight ahead
To improve your cheerleading practice,practice,practice. I'm a cheerleader and I practice alot. Make sure you stretch first though. Also to help you do your dance practice in front of the mirror so if you see a mistake you can unmistake it lol.....
Practice your facials, practice the cheer (rythm, timing, loudness), practice the routine, practice your jumps
