While the Spider-Man official guide states he jumped 30 feet in the air right after he was bitten by the radioactive spider which is consistant with the guide telling us he can jump 3 stories high. According to "The Amazing Spider-Man," the 70's live action tv series, it was stated he can jump 30 feet in the air, which is consistent with the comics.
