Gymnastics is a sport that is constantly changing. The rules and regulations used in competition tend to change every few years. The type of equipment used for competition does change, but this is rare. The equipent used for training is always changing and being improved. The style of gymnasics vairies from country to county and has noticable changes approximately every decade. The difficulty of gymnastics tends to increase every two to three years in highschool gymnastics, and every five to ten years in private club gymnastics and elite levels. The personal equipemnt (braces, grips, etc.) are constantly changing, but generally stay the same but with small improvemtlents. The apparel tends to change every decade, but the main thing that changes is the level at which the leotard sits on a gymnasts hips. Basically, as time goes on, gymnastics becomes more and more difficult, creative, strict, and fashionable.
