I think the most important thing is to define what you mean by skateboard coach. Do you mean someone to help a young skater with the actual act of skateboarding, or more of the how-to-get-started-in-skateboarding-for-a-career type of coach? Both will be somewhat hard to find in any legitimate sense, simply because part of the allure of skateboarding is that, simply put, there are no coaches.

Rob Dyrdek has not officially retired from skateboarding, but he has shifted his focus primarily to business ventures and entertainment. While he occasionally skates for fun or during special events, he is no longer actively competing or participating in professional skateboarding. His work in television and his entrepreneurial pursuits have taken precedence over his skateboarding career.
