well I'm not completely sure so please do not take my word for it but i think this is how it goes: tulane university is in new Orleans i think on saint Charles avenue. the university of new Orleans is within new Orleans (obviously) the Luther unversity is also in new Orleans. im not sure if there are many others. but your question was what universities anr NEAR new Orleans and to be honest i have no idea. hope this helps good luck at university x
