Shane Williams by far. football player's are not really that fast, no matter what is said by nike. just look at the difference in the sports, and training. rugby is fast, and training involves altitude training, which is basically running in high altitude. football is basically just running on treasmill's. because the game is in no way strenuas on the body.
At a fitness test over 40m for WRU he recorded 4.3 seconds
He is not very fast
wales
140 mph
It obviously depends on... where in Wales your destination is, what form of transport you travel by, what route you take and how fast you travel.
Fast Break's birth name is Richard Williams.
probably about the same speed, they are both speed demons, incredibly fast. As to how fast bonifacio is, he probably runs a 4 second 40
Discuss this with your coach. In today's game a small scrumhalf is not often seen as the hits coming in from behind rucks, mauls, scums and line outs are getting bigger. It may be that a coach will accept you as a scumhalf but only in an emergency. Take Shane Williams of Wales and Ospreys as an example - he started life as a scumhalf and now is the worlds top winger.
128mph.
the best star rugby player in rugby 08 is Brian O'Driscoll Reason being is that he has the ability to break through CPU Tackles (not the tackles performed by players - pressing x on ps2 or s on PC )also i noticed when you hold the ball with Brian O'Driscoll sometimes the CPU players do not bind him even though they are a meter or less close to him. but if any other player they would be caught or dived 3-5 meters away, and also he is fast, that's the combination this star player has, once he breaks through a tackle he's gone like the wind, the only way to close this fella is to make sure that his opposite number and the fullback is a star player like Ma'a Nonu(All Blacks), Latham (Australia), Montgomery (South Africa)But in kicking it would be Dan or Johnny !!!
