The three feet rule is how far you need to be from a player to defend them when they have the ball.
A shoulder pass in netball is when you hold the ball in one hand over your shoulder and throw the ball high up in the air but far at the same time so you can throw the ball over a player with out throwing the ball over a third. It is the best pass if you want to pass the ball far. :) Hope i helped :D
Basically, all you have to do, is stand on the side of them (far enough away that they will think you wont be able to intercept), but just as the ball comes, jump sideways and forwards and catch the ball!
while playing netball and your defending another person, you have to stand three feet away in other terms a metre away.
You must stand within 0.9 meters away from someone in netball
up to 1/3 of the court.
