∙ 15y agoThe key to hitting any wedge is to keep your wrist as firm as possible. A great trick to learning this is to put a pen or pencil under the face of your wrist watch. Obviously, you'll want to keep your head down as you bring the club back and through your swing (being sure to keep your arms close to your body; especially the elbow of your bottom hand [right elbow for right handed golfers]).

∙ 13y agoThe 60 degree wedge is very versatile. To chip, you simply stand square to the target with a square club face and make a simple chipping motion. To pitch, you stand with your body slightly left of the target and open the face to point it at the target and swing through. To hit a flop shot, open your body to as open as you can get it, open the face as far as it will go, and take a full swing.
