divide the points scored "for" by the points scored "against" then multiply by 100. for eg. the points scored "for" is 110 and against is 80 ( which means the scoreline is 110 to 80 ) and divide that. The answer would be 1.375 then multiply that and you would get 137.5 and thats your percentage
