There are a few different passes in netball. There is chest pass, shoulder pass and a lob.
if you mean passes chest pass lob and bounce pass
Well, using a lob pass is not essential. Some Netball teams play netball and do too many lob passes so the other team get the ball. If you would like to use a lob pass I would suggest that you use it when you need to get the ball to someone but their defender is to tall. This should hopefully give you a good idea!!
Chest pass, shoulder pass, bounce pass & lob
overarm throw, bounce pass or chest pass.
You need to put your foot under the ball and get your foot up under the ball
Lob out is British slang for "throw out" As in "I am going to lob/throw out this broken table".
you can use a shoulder pass in netball when someone is closly marking you and this is the only way to throw the ball
when passing a netball you have to throw from the chest if you want a good pass
A chest pass, a Lob (rarely used in center court), a bounce pass, a overhead throw, a shoulder pass. there are many to chose from, its all about decision making and knowing which pass will get the ball to your team mate the quickest and most effective without a turn over.
Take a step back and just throw but don't look at the ball you want it laser straight
When you use one hand to throw a ball in netball it is called a shoulder pass and they are usually used for longer didtance throws.
