Application of heat with a heat gun or hair-dryer. Consider electricity/spark with gas tank related issues. Apply small amount of heat to decal and use a plastic spatula to peel the graphic from the lower edge working upward. Use the least amount of heat that does the job for your application. Be careful to not melt the underlying material. Wear gloves and eye protection as bubbles in the material can explode.
