First you need abit of money, a couple of thousand dollars atleast. Then you need to decide on a date, book a venue, hire a ring, book the wrestlers and other personnel e.g. announcer, referee, ring crew, etc. Also as the matches, then you need to start advertising it e.g. posters, newspaper ads, radio, etc. For extra you might want a merch stand at your show selling souvenirs, perhaps programmes, signed photos, t-shirts, etc. and as it is your first show you shouldn't aim too high as it might all flop, so don't book too many big names and make sure the entrance fee is reasonable Then on the day of the show you should dress smartly, greet the wrestlers, put the chairs out, etc. and by the end of the day you should get the everybody paid and put the chairs away and hopefully you might have made a profit by the time you go home.
