Unfortunatly not on Combat of Giants: Dragons. This is extremely disapointing as i just enjoy flying them around. You might be able to when you have completed the game. You can still play a completed dragon on multiplayer though and change it's appearance by tapping the lair button on the bottom of the multiplayer screen. Enjoy your game!
