For Football and Australian football, you need boots, socks, shorts, shirt, shin pads, gloves for the goalkeeper, soap, shampoo and towel for a shower afterwards. For American Football you need a helmet, shoulder pads, thigh pads, knee pads, hip pads.
Football pants have the knee pads already built inside of them.
Helmet, mouth guard, shoulder pads, knee pads, thigh pads, and hip pads are pretty common. A lot of guys have "butt pads" on their girdles. Kidney belts and back pads are optional.
It's really easy There is an inner pocket on each side of the pants, you slide the hip pads in to these pockets, with the widest part of the pads facing upwards, and the curve of the pad facing inward. A little bit of the pad should be sticking out above the top of the pants, for added protection. Good luck!
A football girdle is a short-like item worn by football players under their pants. The girdle can have hip padding in them and tailbone pads.
the thigh pads are on the inside of the football pants. Some people put their thigh pads in their girdle. Obviously, if you don't have a girdle, this isn't an option. In such a case, the pads would be placed inside your pants.
Some football pants have pads that are attached to your belt. But a girdle helps keep your pads in place, especially when you get hit hard. Think about it!
snap it on
you put all the pads in it that your supposed to, and then you just put it on like a pair of shorts.
Shoulder pads, rib pads, helmet, pads inside helmet, thigh and knee pads inserted in the pants, jock strap, mouth piece. Optional- padded gloves andarm pads, elbow pads Rib pads are also optional. hip and butt pads are also inserted in the pants
Some people put their thigh pads in their girdle, while others put them inside their football pants. If you have a girdle, I recommend putting them in that. But if you don't have a girdle, just put them in your pants.
High school and college players are required to wear; helmet, mouth piece, shoulder pads, hip pads, a butt pad, thigh pads, knee pads, and clears. A lot of the time you'll see nfl players not using their knee pads and or thigh pads bc they aren't required
its about 20 pounds
Protection and clothing you would find on a football player would include a helmet with a face mask and chin strap, mouth guard, shoulder pads, collar pads, neck pad or roll, forearm pads, a flak jacket or some sort of rib protection, hip pads, a girdle over an athletic supporter and cup, tailbone pads, thigh pads, knee pads, and cleats. Over all this padding would go the jersey top and pants.
a lot of colleges use the Mcdavid padded girdle. These girdle's replace the hip and butt pads, so a player only needs to wear the knee and thigh pads in their pants.
I used to play high school football and normally you don't need help the trick is to put your shirt on your pads first
First, you put the shouler pads on around your neck. Then clip on the side clips on to the front of the pads.Next you slide the the two knee pads into their slot in the pants. Then put the thigh pads in their slot into the pants.Put on the pants. Then put on the cleats. Now put on your jearsy. PLZ make it be a REDSKIN OR COLTS jearsy!!!!!!!!! Finally, put on your helmate. GO REDSKINS AND COLTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
