I would say that the ultra rare card would be rarer, because you have to be lucky enough to pull one of those from a pack. The limited edition one you ca just buy at the store. All ATMs are designed to 'capture' any card inserted into it - provided that the card is 'read'. The magnetic strip on the back of the card triggers the mechanism to pull the card into the machine. Once the transaction is complete,the card is ejected. The only exception, is if the bank has for the the card to be retained - in which case, the machine keeps the card, and informs the user on the screen to contact their bank.
