You need to build up endurance. Run one to two miles every other day. Once two feels easy, run two to three miles every other day. Eventually you will build to four;
Maintain a steady pace throughout your run. Always start slow. You can always speed up but if you use up all of your energy at the start you will fatigue more quickly.
NEVER 'cold' stretch. Before your run you want to walk, do some jumping jacks, and do a few lunges and pushups. Only after you have blood circulating through your muscles do you want to stretch. If you stretch without warming up you will be more prone to injury because your 'cold' muscles will be more inclined to tear from stretching. Also, do not stretch too intensely before running. Studies have shown that muscle performance is decreased when muscles are stretched too much prior to an event.

Every animal that can run over four miles an hour top speed can also run four miles an hour.
John can run six miles per hour and Bill can run four miles per hour. If they run in opposite directions for two hours, then how far apart will they be?
Jog---40min run----30
Of course you could 2.5 miles is not very far, I guess it depends on HOW FAST you would like to run it.
Four of them.
24 miles if you run 10 minute miles at 6 mi/hr
She could run 80 miles in four hours at that pace.
4 (four) miles

Many animals can accomplish that feat with ease!
Four hours.
You practice on all of that, one day run .5 miles, next 1 mine, then 1.5 miles then and etc with everything else.
