The only way is to go to a local Pro Shop. Usually you can find this in your local Bowling alley, but if you have choices as to which alley to go to, your best bet would be to ask friends or anybody you know that bowls competitively and they may be able to recommend you to a good proshop owner.

They will specifically measure the span from your thumb to your middle and ring finger, and the diameter of each finger. If you get someone good they can also measure your hand (or watch the way you already bowl) to determine the correct pitch to use for your thumb.

the golf ball stopped but the bowling ball keep rolling due to their different size and weight.as we know bowling ball is bigger in size as well as weight so it will face more fictin force and stops early as compare to golf ball when they collide and at the same time bowling ball poshes the golf ball back.so the golf ball stops and the golf ball keeps rolling.

If soccer ball and a bowling ball are about the same size why does the bowling ball have more mass?

A soccer ball is hollow and filled with air, which has little density. A bowling ball is solid material of a much greater density. * Because bowling balls have a standard size, about 21.8 cm in diameter, bowling balls weighing less than 5.4 kg (12 lb) will float in water.

Does tectonic plate size affect earthquake magnitude?

I believe it does. If you imagine it with a bowling ball and two tennis balls, when you roll one tennis ball into another stationary tennis ball, it rolls away, but not that far. Now repeat the same experiment with a bowling ball and a tennis ball, the result is much clearer as to which moved the stationary tennis ball more. The bowling ball did as it has a larger mass and size.

When does a feather have more mass than a bowling ball?

A feather would have more mass than a bowling ball only if you accumulate enough feathers to equal the mass of the bowling ball. Since a single feather is much lighter than a bowling ball, it would take a very large number of feathers—potentially thousands or even millions, depending on the feather's size and type—to surpass the mass of the bowling ball. In practical terms, individual feathers are never more massive than a bowling ball.

Is a bowling ball bigger than a squids eye?

What are some real life examples of Newton's second law of motion?

The second law of motion states that the acceleration of the an object depends on the mass of the object and the size of the force acting on it a good example is bowling because the acceleration of the bowling ball hitting the pins are hitting the shape and the size of it. And the force acting on it is the bowling ball and bowling pin that is an example of the second law of motion.

What size bowling ball do you need for a large thumb?

The size of the ball isn't important in your case--the size of the holes you have drilled in it is. If it's your ball, you can get whatever size holes drilled you need...so if you have a thumb two inches in diameter and you want to use a 12-pound ball, they can hook you up.
