All i can relay to you is a cricket ball weighs ~ 155.9 gms and has a circumference of 22.4 - 22.9 cm.
Law 5 of the official MCC Rules of Cricket states: The ball, when new, shall weigh not less than five and a half ounces (155.9 grams) nor more than five and three quarter ounces (163 grams), and shall measure not less than eight and thirteen sixteenths inches (22.4 cm), nor more than nine inches (22.9 cm) in circumference. The diameter can be found by dividing the circumference by pi, 3.141593.
A cricket ball is between 5.5 and 5.75 ounces (155.9 and 163.0 g) in weight and 8 13/16 and 9 in (224 and 229 mm) in circumference. A baseball is between 5 and 5.25 ounces in weight and 9 to 9.25 inches in circumference.
For men's cricket, the ball must weigh between 5 1/2 and 5 3/4 ounces (155.9 and 163.0 g) and measure between 8 13/16 and 9 in (224 and 229 mm) in circumference.
The traditional cricket ball is red and shall weigh no less than 155.9g and no more than 163g. It should measure a minimum of 22.4cm (3.57cm radious) in circumference and a maximum of 22.9cm (3.65cm radius). It is made of leather with a cork core and flax seam.
Put a thread arround the ball and measure the thread's length.
