Make sure you have a nice open area with nothing to bup into. Then put down some soft material like doonas and mattresses make sure that you have lots of surport for when you fall. Then have a piece of string of even a piece of cloth ( problably would not use a bar for beginers) and have two people holding each side of whatever your bar is and then go for it and JUMP!
