First check to see if you have fire at the spark plug . You will probably have to remove the gas tank and clean out the old gas and flush with good gas . Remove and cleen carb cleaning the jets is high priority . You will probably have to replace the float valve as they will normally be bad . Check and see if you have compression by holding your finger over the sparkplug hole and turning over the engine . See if it will blow your finger off .If it wont you might need to adjust the valves , to gain compression . Hopefully that will get you going .
You did good so far but after sitting for 5 years your four wheeler will also likely need to have the oil changed and the filter replaced- also be sure to check the belts and fires for any wear or damage.
The four wheeler will run for a few seconds then just cut off and it wont have near as much power.
Easily.. Smash it in a car door or have it run over or smash it in a window or fall off a four-wheeler or something.

My 06 300ex holds about a quart and a half then run it AND ADD SOME MORE
Banshee's or most two strokes that can be converted to run off alcohol. Of course, you would need a lot of modifications to make any four-wheeler faster. "800 Renegade" and the "Arctic Cat 1000" are hands down the fastest stock ATV being made today, but back in the "Banshees time, the "Banshee" was the king of trails. Don't listen to them, the fastest ever four-wheeler (stock) is a "1987 Suzuki Quadzilla". 120 MPH brand new (stock) if you put the right mods it will go 130+. "Banshees", go 80 (stock) 120, maybe, with mods.
in exactly four million years
What are the four things that run on gasoline?
Every four years. Recently, it is years divisible by 4 (e.g. London 2012), while the Winter Olympics, which are also every four years, are run offset by two years (e.g. Vancouver / Whistler 2010).
if you are making payment ever payment you make restarts that statute. It would have to be four or five years from the time of default to the statute to run out.
