Jeg's , has parts for the Briggs & straton engine from mild to stroker/ alcohol running Billet engines. They are the motors used in Jr. Dragsters. Some are faster than a Porsche 911 turbo in the 1/8 mile.
the best would be to use 10w-30 synthetic oil all year long
It depends on the gearing. If you have a higher gearing, then it will go faster (with the tradeoff being less power). If you have a lower gearing, then it will go slower but have more power.
you can take off the govonor of the motor (google it) and you can also take the exust pipe/muffler off for more air flow giving you more power
try tightning the fuel intage (screw under air intake) pour a lil gas into air intake or even better starter fluid. make sure your spark plug is gaped correctly (.030), make sure your clutch is on.
2000 mph
To increase power from your 5hp Briggs & Stratton go-kart engine, consider upgrading the air intake and exhaust system for improved airflow. Installing a high-performance carburetor can enhance fuel delivery, while adjusting the governor can allow the engine to reach higher RPMs. Additionally, you might look into modifications like porting the cylinder head or using a performance camshaft. Always ensure that any modifications comply with local regulations and safety standards.
A modified 5hp Briggs & Stratton engine can achieve speeds significantly higher than its stock configuration, often reaching between 30 to 40 mph depending on the modifications made, such as carburetor upgrades, exhaust enhancements, and tuning adjustments. The actual speed also depends on the vehicle it's powering, gearing, and overall weight. Enthusiasts often push these engines to their limits for racing or go-kart applications. However, performance can vary widely based on the specific modifications and setup used.
You can't make them go faster.
How do u make a kawasaki mule 1000 go faster
I don't have a 5 HP go-kart.
The faster your arm the faster yu go
This question cannot be answered with this information. There are too many variables like gear ratios, weight of the vehicle, etc. 5hp push lawn mower = 0mph. 5hp go gart = what, maybe 30mph 5hp engine in my car = not very fast!
