try putting on bigger tires on the back. it helped mine. i got a size 10 inch JOHN DEERe tires on my 8 horse power go kart. DO NOT PUT ON 18 OR 19 INCH 4 WHEELER TIRES ON IT. it made mine slower by..... ALOT. you may have to drill holes in the rin for a perfect fit. always put washers on the bolt before tightining the bolt,it helps keep the tires on. cause i was riding mykart to,on Thursday and my driver side tire on the back came off. or idle it up. the little screw on the carbuerator, twist it 1 way. if it didn't help, turn it the opposite way you turned it. i hoped this helped.
Put a 12 hp motor on it.
i would say its like a 125cc engine so 50mph 45-55 mph if cart no more than 250 lb.s -m This is wrong. I have a 11 hp go kart and it is 388cc and so it goes alot faster. well engines have so many rpms so the size does not matter but you can gear a bigger engine to make it go faster
about 40mph
I don't have a 5 HP go-kart.
50 mph
45-55mph
around 40-50 mph depending on what its on or pulling.
60 mph 100 down a hill
I costs around $1000 for an HP to do drifts in a grass kart.
Replace it with a 6.5 hp engine...then it will be a bad bike. Other wise remove the governer but dont push it too hard
A 3HP motor can reach speeds up to at least 30 mph depending on what you are using it for.
