Do a fast jump, not a slow one.

1 - clap

2 - extend clap

3 - swing arms and dip down

4 - jump

5 - absorb pressure and dip down

6 - stand upright, clean.

7 - stand clean

8 - stand clean

If this doesn't work, try putting more effort into it.
