really, the perfect pike is when the persons hand actually passes the leg distance but to improve, work on height, and stretch to both feet in the front and if you want a perfect one stretch your back all the way(but if you can't, dont try it!)
you can get a better pike by stretching more often and stuff like that but u also cant b afraid of not landing it cuz that is wat i thought till i just stopped worrying bout that and they got instantly better and just practice them over and over again
