To hit a home run you really have to work hard. It really depends on the bat that you use to hit with. if you hit with a crappy Demorini, you will probably not hit a home run. If you hit it with a new bat or a composite in mid-condition, you have a good chance of hitting one out. You have to watch the pitchers "window". The window is where the ball is released from the hand of the pitcher. When the ball hits the window, you must start your stride towards the pitcher. Then naturally hit the ball. Hope this helps!
