To hit/pass a volleyball all you do are these simple steps if your left handed then these are going to be opposite...

1. Put your right hand into a fist.

2. Then wrap your left hand around you right and make sure that you thumbs are touching.

3. You do not hit the volleyball with your wrists although that is what most people think you need for the flat inside part of your arms to be flat and as close together as you can get them. That the part of your arm that you hit the volleyball with.

4. Then all you do is just simply pass!
