No, but pools used for competitive swimming are standardized sizes.
A swim team is a group of competitive swimmers that swim ___ laps depending on the age of the swimmer. They have different heats if there are a lot of swimmers in the same event. 4 strokes are swam, Freestyle, Backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly. There are also relays with 4 swimmers, and a IM (individual medley) which is all 4 strokes in one race. If you want to see a very competitive level of kid swimming then search USA swimming.

I don't believe there is any "product" you can out on the wall since it is a pool, liquid. But there are certain things you can put on the wall, such as a mat. In competitive swimming they will have timing mats that when you touch them it takes you time but at the same time it will reduce sliding. Also, you can wear swimming shoes but that's not recommend for competitors. But mainly competitive swimmers just have to toughen up when it is slippery and we also have to make sure we flip flat on the wall which helps as well.
yes...our school is a global community, the subjects offered are similar or the same with other countries. we learn what other student from different countries are learning which makes the educational system globally competitive.
You handle it the same as any other marriage.
you get fast at swimming the same way you get fast at running. you have to practice alot.
Collegiate swimming (and diving) is an NCAA sport and organized into three divisions by school size just as other sports are: D1, D2, and D3. It is a winter sport, and there is both mens' and womens' swimming. At some colleges swimming is a club sport, not a varsity sport, and falls outside NCAA purview although the same rules are usually followed.
Competitive supply is supplies that could be produced using the same equipment that you use to produce another supply. For example, spaghetti and meatballs are competitive supply with lasagna, because they are made with the same ingredients.
