well, you need to play for a seniors local league, and be good enough to attract attention from the professional league scouts who will then submit you to the national draft to be picked up or bought by an AFL club. or individual clubs may pick you up to play for their reserves team and if you are good enough, eventually bumbp you up to senior level.
