stuff you can do at home:

stretching

conditioning (push ups, sit ups, exc.)

practicing dances, cheers, or whatever you learned at practice



Stuff you can do at the gym:

Practice your tumbling

get a spot on stuff you can't do yet

Get a stunt group in and practice some stunts


TIPS:::


You can make goals for yourself. A long term goal (a year) and a short term goal (a month). You can make it for tumbling, stunting, exc. exc.

Always give 110% at practice and remember........

PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE ;)
