If you feel you are good enough, you pay a decent sized fee to enter the draft were you will be measured, weighted and given basic tests for your athletic ability, then a team might invite you to do much more specific workouts then if they like you they will draft you on draft night.

you used to be able to come straight out of high school, now you have to have at least one year of College Basketball experience, or after high school you can play in a professional league overseas to become eligible for the NBA, Brandon Jennings did this.

Every team is in it. From worst to best but the worst 3 get in a raffle to see who will be first, second, or third. Also the worst team gets a 25% extra advantage.
