same as normal the barings on 1st then u need the spacers to stop it rubbin the top of the frame

∙ 14y agoUnbolt stem, check that steerer tube is long enough to allow for spacers to be fitted. Fit spacers as desired, put stem back loosely. Adjust bearing preload, tightem stem clamp.
