well you take a long run up but not to long otherwise it feels realy unnatural and weird and then make sure you follow through because if you stop before you bowl then there is no point in the run up also for ages i didnt follow through right make sure your arms swing through quite fast but realy its just practice oh and make sure you hold the ball properly
