What I usually do on my dirt bikes is take the fuel line that runs from the fuel petcock to the carburetors off at the carb end. I put that end into an empty gas can and then open the fuel petcock valve; at this point gravity will help with transferring the fuel from the motorcycle tank into the gas can. I usually pour the old gas into my old pickup truck; that small amount of gas will be diluted with the larger gas in the truck tank and will do no harm to the truck motor. After the fuel has stopped flowing, I put the fuel line back on the carb and fill the bike tank with fresh gas. It is that simple!

Hello, Jamison here, There is a screw in the bottom of the bowl, it will be at the very bottom on the side, it will take A Philips head driver, The best thing to do is, leave gas on, remove screw, then turn gas off, let it drain completely empty, then turn gas on again, then turn gas off, let it drain again, NOW reinstall screw,,,,,,,,, It will not hurt to allow the gas to run down on the engine,, BUT!
