Good ways to excersize in the winter are things such as :
Snow shoeing
Skiing
Snowboaring
Possible gym membership
Skating
and some people prefer jogging.

Sparring could be a good source of exercise to lose weight during the winter months indoors. One would just have to be sure that they are doing the proper technique.

I assume you mean treadmill(?). A treadmill is a stationary exercise machine on which you can run or walk for exercise. If you go into almost any gym you will see them. They are great for cardio exercising especially in the winter when conditions are bad outside.
hmm... time of the day? that doesnt matter. time of the year, in winter you usually dont exercise because you cant go outside, so i hit the gym in the winter
sledding is cosidered excersize. in the winter you can't run through the snow. sledding, trudging through the snow and throwing snowballs is a way to excersize.
Summer because of heat and your body will get more flexible and it can make you slimmer. and if you exercise in winter it will not make you flexible but if you only want strength any season will do.
Make sure your rabbit stays warm, has lots of exercise and eats healthy. Don't keep it locked away inside, make sure he/she has a chance to go outside and exercise. At night I would suggest you keep your rabbit somewhere warm, not outside.
