∙ 15y agoYes, you can. The Jets lately signed a british rugby player. But going to college and playing very well, gets attention and you might be drafted really high!
Go to college.
In America, none is required, but most players get drafted in college just like football, so if you want to become a pro-soccer player, finish high school, get into a college with a soccer scholarship (for playing exceptionally well), and if your lucky and very good, you might get drafted to become a pro-soccer player.

No, you do not have to go to college to become a tennis player. Some professionals go right out into tournaments from high school. The college-or-no-college debate for tennis players has been around for a while, but it all depends on the skill level of the player.
There is only one way to become a better basketball player, and that is by practicing. You cannot get the feel for shooting, passing, defending, and so on without actually playing continuously. The more you play the more the actions become instinct.
Absolutely not! In fact, playing college-level soccer is one of the most important steps to becoming a professional player.
