The forms used in Taekwondo vary from one organization to the next, and it would depend on what school you attend, and which set of Taekwondo forms your instructor teaches.
In any event, the knowledge of Taekwondo forms is taught to beginners by their instructor. It is best to ask this question of your Taekwondo teacher, and not seek instruction on the internet. There is no replacement for the type of personal relationship a student has with their Instructor which should be the primary source of information. The internet resources can help remind you of what you were taught, and supply facts and names of things, but this too can, and should be received from you Taekwondo teacher when he/she feels you are ready.
To help you study the particular forms taught by your teacher, practice them often. You can also ask for official training manuals and quality videos to purchase that will help you improve the skills in the manner that your instructor expects for your advancement in Taekwondo training.

Taeguk Ee Jang is the second form in the taeguk series.
Palgwe Ee Jang is the second form in the palgwe series.
