by stretching out mainly the back of your knees and for some people its harded on there thies so best bet would be go to YouTube and look up stretches for your legs fallow along with it and do it every day, also going as far down in the spli8t that u can and just bouncing. stretches the areas u need to get use to it..

Well i was never flexible, but i did cheerleading and i was supose to learn how to do a split. So I found this website and this is what it said. STEP 1. for a week, stretch for 30 minutes STEP2. for week, stretch for 45 mintues STEP3. for a week stretch for 45 mintues Even though it takes 3 weaks, it worked for me!!

stretch everyday i stretch for 3 weeks, one week everyday for 30 minutes the next week 45 minutes and the third week 1 hour. hope that help, it sure helped me
