First you have to be able to do a back bend. To do a back limber do a back bend and try to place your hands close to your feet. Next you shift all of your wait onto your hands and jump with your feet. Be sure to pick both feet up at the same time or else it would be considered a back bend kick over. Hope this helped give you an idea of what to do!

Is a front walk over or a front limber harder to learn?

It varies from person to person, but generally, a front walkover is considered more difficult to learn than a front limber. The front walkover requires more flexibility in the shoulders and hips, as well as upper body strength, while the front limber primarily focuses on back flexibility and core strength.
