just do youre normal workout routine and stretch before and after. you can also stretch before you go to bed and after you wake up. honestly though you wont loose any flexibility from becoming faster and more endurant because through training youre muscles will endure a wider range of motion than usual and natural flexibility will develope.
If you do any martial arts you will loose weight, become more flexible and definitely become stronger. Your muscles will react to the exercises and training to become more toned/stronger. I have incorporated Gymnastics into my weekly training regime which adds to my strength and flexibility.
