Sprints. to gain quickness run 40 yard dashes and with in two weeks you will see a huge increase in your speed.

you excersize AND RUN ALOT
If you mean running then you have to eat fruit and veggies and practice running. That will build your bones up to be strong so you can run faster.
because you are going so fast
Because the lighter they are, the faster the horses can go. Imagine running a race with a small child on your back. You'd be much faster than if you ran a race with an adult on your back.
The best way to become a stronger runner is to NOT use weights ankle weights! instead try these and practise them 3-5 times a week for about 10 mins: - running suicides (running from the main line to another, than back and to a farther line) - stairs (running up and down stairs) I know it may sound strange but it helps for jumping action and running action - start by sprints (this helps the legs become more powerful when in running faster) DRINK MILK FOR STRONGER AND HEALTHER BONES!!!

It depends on when you look back. Whether you look back while running or stop, rest and then look back makes a difference.
Speed while running is caused by the elasticity in your muscles. The more elasticity you have, the faster your legs go back to their original position, and the faster you can move them again.
football players especially the running back like Chris Johnson of the Tennessee Titans
Well your height is ok since you're a running back. Well obviously you have to get faster in order to be a running back. So jump rope and do other speed drills. If you get tackled easily then you have to improve on that. The first thing you need to do is lower your sholder and put your sholder pad right on the defender's helmet. That will help you break a lot more tackles and make your legs stronger. The important body part of a running back is his legs. If you're not quick then that means you're not very agile and that you don't make very clean cuts. So when ever you need to make a cut then dig the foot opposite of the direction that you're cutting back into into the ground and push back on it. That will help you make cleaner cuts. If you do those things then that will help you become a better running back.
