To become a faster corner you are going to need to run alot of wind sprints. If you are up to it try doing so with a weighted vest. Also do alot of sled starts (pulling weight behind you on a sled). Do not do alot of distance running that will get you fantastic cardio but if you run more than a few miles at a time your muscles will turn into slow twitch instead of fast twitch which means you will have indurance but not explosive speed which you need as a corner.
