2: meet your FA (Nigeria Football Federation) and get a schedule for the exam (20 questions) 15 set by Fifa and 5 by the NFF
3: Pass the exam and you are required to pay some money but i am unsure how much.
4: You will get your FIFA Certificate and Number sent to you.
Or.. you can skip preparing for the exam and just pay bribe money to some NFF official and get your Certificate pronto
